I would like to share my experiences dealing with the SVN Property Group. As a commercial property owner; I have own more than one commercial properties over a number of years, and have used a few property management companies with in my time. SVN have managed my properties for long period now and my appreciation of there management systems is second to none absolutely on the ball. My current SVN Property manager Wouter Jellema has been looking after my property investments with the upmost care and diligence his Knowledge along with precise and prompt detail to matters when they occur has been very welcomed, that's something you can't or don't find from most property management organizations. I can highly recommend The SVN Group and especially Wouter Jellema, SVN are a very rare caring and experienced company. "5 Star Company".

The team at SVN are excellent, always very helpful. Rocco Demaio always available and happy to answer any questions. Sandra Carew-Gibson is very professional in her approach, always very accommodating and makes you feel like you are the only customer, nothing is ever a problem, very refreshing. Can't ask for more than that! Would highly recommend.

Our family has been dealing with SVN Commercial for over 5 years managing numerous properties. During this time SVN has provided prompt and efficient services. We cannot recommend Wouter Jellema highly enough. He has been very professional knowledgeable diligent and his efforts second to none. An outstanding business service from Rocco at SVN. We've worked with Rocco for several years while leasing property which resulted in getting a very good tenant and most recently on the sale of a commercial property.
